5 days: make at least one decision per day guided by your values, not others' expectations
Every day pause before at least one decision and ask yourself: 'Does this align with my values or am I doing it for approval?' Write down your 3–5 core values and check decisions against them. Conscious decisions create a sense of integrity and reduce internal conflict.
Result: After 5 days you will understand yourself better and notice that decisions come more easily and with less anxiety.
